Infrared Heat Therapy near Towson, MD

Infrared saunas use advanced heaters that emit light energy your body absorbs, generating heat from the inside out. Instead of warming the air like traditional saunas, this approach heats your body directly — promoting a deeper sweat at lower, more comfortable temperatures.

Infrared Heat Therapy

Halotherapy / Salt Therapy near Towson, MD

Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is a natural way to support both respiratory health and skin wellness. At our salt therapy near Towson, MD, a halogenerator releases finely ground, medical-grade salt into the sauna environment, allowing you to comfortably inhale the particles — and it’s completely normal to notice a subtle salty taste in the air. As you breathe it in, the salt may help soothe nasal inflammation, capture common allergens and irritants, and support the respiratory system with its natural antibacterial properties, offering relief for concerns like asthma, allergies, and ongoing congestion.

These same cleansing properties also benefit the skin. Dry salt therapy helps reduce bacteria, encourages healing of irritated or sensitive skin, and gently exfoliates by removing dead skin cells and clearing pores. With consistent sessions, this can lead to a smoother, clearer complexion and may help manage conditions like eczema or psoriasis while promoting a refreshed, more youthful look.

Red Light Therapy near Towson, MD

In addition to infrared and salt therapy, our sauna near Towson, MD also features built-in LED red light therapy, which can be added to your session at no extra cost. FDA-cleared for certain pain and skin concerns, red light therapy enhances your overall experience — just let us know if you’d like it included, and we’ll turn it on for you.

The sauna is also equipped with calming chromotherapy lighting and Bluetooth capability, allowing you to personalize your session with soothing colors and your favorite music for a fully customized wellness experience.

Sauna Session Tour

When you arrive at our clinic, a client coordinator will escort you to the Salt Room, where three towels will be set out for your session — a gray towel for coverage after undressing and two white towels, one to sit on during your time in the sauna. Once you’re comfortable, you can relax and enjoy your session for the full duration; the sauna door remains unlocked, so you’re welcome to step out at any time if needed.

At the end of your session, simply place your towels in the laundry basket and take advantage of the complimentary body wipes available near the exit before leaving. For infrared therapy, we generally suggest 30–45 minutes at 120–135°F, while dry salt therapy is typically enjoyed for around 20 minutes at 88–104°F (with or without heat, based on your preference). You can book salt therapy, infrared therapy, or both, and our sauna accommodates up to two guests — ideal for enjoying the experience with a friend or partner.
