What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a passive yoga practice in which poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Most poses are seated or reclined, and the focus is on the connective tissue, fascia, and joints. It is a great compliment to a more active or “yang” practice and allows for a more meditative approach to your practice. There is no prior experience required, and it is accessible to everyone.
Pricing: $20.00 per class.
Anabel found yoga relatively late in life, but once she started practicing, she’s never looked back. She did her 200-hour teacher training in 2015 and found that she loves sharing her passion for yoga with others. She currently teaches both vinyasa and yin yoga classes in the Baltimore area and firmly believes that both the mental and physical benefits of practicing yoga help create the foundation for health.
